“Yokohama is the second-largest city in Japan by population and by area, and the country’s most populous municipality. It is the capital city and the most populous city in Kanagawa Prefecture. It lies on Tokyo Bay, south of Tokyo, in the Kantō region of the main island of Honshu. Yokohama is also the major economic, cultural and commercial hub of the Greater Tokyo Area along the Keihin Industrial Zone.
“Nagano is the capital and largest city of Nagano Prefecture, located in the Nagano Basin (Zenkoji Daira) in the central Chūbu region of Japan. Nagano City is the highest prefectural capital in Japan, with an altitude of 371.4 metres (1,219 ft). The city is surrounded by mountains, the highest of which is Mount Takatsuma (2,353 m).”
